Don’t worry about logistics! If preferred, we deliver your selected bicycle right to your doorstep or accommodation at the agreed time, and pick it up there when the rental concludes. Simply wait at your gate for your cruise—we handle all transport.
Your rental payment is completely secure with us. Our modern, encrypted payment system protects against phishing and fraud. If any technical issue occurs during the transaction, we will promptly refund you and resolve the situation.
We know the weather can change unexpectedly. With us, you enjoy flexible booking: if you need to cancel your trip due to rain, 100% of your paid amount will be credited toward a future ride.
If an unexpected technical breakdown occurs during your rental, we won’t leave you stranded on the roadside. We will deliver another available bicycle from our fleet as quickly as possible, ensuring your day is about riding, not waiting.
Our team is available by phone every minute of the day, so you can reach us anytime you need assistance.
Before handing over the bicycle, we inspect every detail. Prior to each rental, we complete a rigorous 10-step technical inspection (brakes, tires, chain, etc.) so you only need to focus on cycling.
